Just a Little Taste of Goofy's Kitchen

Move over Mickey, there’s a new chef in town! At the Disneyland Hotel, it’s Goofy preparing your breakfast and dinner buffet over at Goofy’s Kitchen. If you’ve ever dined at Chef Mickey’s, in the Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World, this experience is very similar. Lots of characters, an extensive buffet, a family photo, and a bunch of fun.

Character meals are a great way to see several characters in a short amount of time. At Goofy’s Kitchen, you will normally meet Minnie Mouse, Chip, Dale, Pluto, and, of course, Chef Goofy himself!

Along with a host of other offerings, Goofy’s famous Peanut Butter and Jelly Pizza is on the menu at Goofy’s kitchen.

Make sure you check out the rest of the Disneyland Hotel before or after your meal. Disneyland Hotel was the first Disney hotel that opened with Disneyland. It has gone through a lot of changes, but you will still find a lot of awesome Disney history within the resort. Eating at Goofy’s Kitchen will also give you a nice opportunity to ride the monorail. Just keep in mind that you have to have a park ticket/reservation to Disneyland Park to ride the monorail. Unlike Walt Disney World, the monorail at Disneyland drops you off right inside the park.

This was just a brief introduction to this character meal restaurant at Disneyland. Remember, Disneyland doesn’t have nearly as many character meals as Walt Disney World, so make sure you are on top of those reservations!
